I may have to revisit the 60. Last week I had a Breck 471IPA and either that recipe had changed or I had. It was more citrus and floral that I remember, not a pine bomb. Maybe 60 will be a different experience
471 is the best beer Breck makes (by far... it's really the only one they make that I will pay for) I'm assuming the recipe hasn't changed for 60 though...
60's the same as ever. I still love those old school IPA's, so I think this is pretty cool, although I prefer 90 most of the time. 90 never left and is on tap at a lot of places you'd never expect. As for Breck - give Well Built a try. While I have admittedly gotten an infected bottle once, when it's not infected it is downright amazing. The caveat is that it isn't cheap.
Definitely a very nice beer at a not very nice price. This is Holidale (their winter warmer barrel aged) were two pleasant surprises for me from Breck.
It's technically been 3-1/2 years. We've had 61-minute, 75-minute, 90-minute, and 120-minute, but 60-minute hasn't been in this state since Jan. 2011, AFAIK. Surprising too since it's DFH's flagship beer. It's a welcome addition, although my preference goes to 90-minute.
I would say the same thing about 72. Those are the only two bottles I'll buy from them, their double pilsner and well built are pretty good too though.
