Dogfish Head "Heaven and Hell" Help?

    Made on on St. Paddy's day. It separated a bit using a spoon. Took me almost three hours to finish and I loved every sip.

    Use a spoon, like 1mm above the liquid level, rising while you barely pour the beer onto the center of the spoon.

    Alright, looks like it really doesn't separate like a traditional Black n Tan. Well, it will be a hell of a $20 beer that's for sure!
