Saw alot of it about 2 weeks ago in Livermore BevMo. Might be worth calling them up. Tons of festina peche there too

FWIW: I really hope Sam has changed the recipe on this beer. Had it 3 years ago, and not very good for a pumpkin ale. Very thick mouthfeel, pumpkin and spice not there. Just a very malty ale.

Bottles came and went. I ordered a case when it dropped and it was sold out when I tried to reorder around 2 weeks later. I still have a little on draft.

the 2011 had plenty of spice and pumpkin, I felt the need to age it for a few months to mellow out the spice.

All Punkin in my area came and went. Seems to have just been replaced by Chicory Stout

I thought i seen it at the sac bevmo off arden, but im not 100% sure, all dogfish look the same to me. My little brothers friend picked some up in the bay area a couple weeks ago. I sampled a bottle and it tasted pretty good.

How's the selection at the livermore bevmo? It's horrible here at the turlock and modesto locations...

It's not bad. Better than the Tracy one that just opened by a mile. They have an entire aisle, probably around 70-80 feet to beer. One side craft beer, the other side macros and imports. And they get at least a case of each limited seasonal beer (Abyss, Black Butte Porter, XXIV Parabola, etc), they also occasionally carry local stuff which is cool too. Not as good as say the Walnut Creek BevMo, but much better than other BevMo's I've seen. There is 1 better craft spot in Livermore though, albeit a bit more expensive

Grape & Grain, San Mateo. Should have it on for another week or so. Tapped a 15g on Halloween serving 10oz sizes. Probably sitting on a little under a quarter of the keg.

What's the name of the spot? I need to find more spots in the central valley, right now i'm pretty much limited to turlock/modesto bevmo, and a liquor king in ceres. I just spent an hour in the turlock bevmo looking for 1 bomber worth trying, and ended up with knee deeps hoptologist DIPA (blah...)

The only time i can pick something up worth buying is when i'm up in sac, and i just got an email from UPS saying my shipment from Letspour was destroyed during shipping, FREK!!

Anyone got any hidden craft brew spots in central valley ca?

Perry's Liquors in Livermore. But if there's anything you're looking for and don't mind driving to Tracy, I can pick stuff up for you in Livermore so you don't gotta drive extra mileage. At the Livermore BevMo right now they got 2 cases of Racer X, just got a shipment of Stone Enjoy By 12/21/12 and I'll check for anything you're looking for.

Thnx Johnny, I'm thinking i might just take a trip over there today. It sounds like they have a decent selection that i'd like to check out. I just called the tracy bevmo and the girl had no idea what i was talking about when i asked if they had enjoy by... i asked about abyss also, and she said they wont be getting it.

I've had 1 and I loved it. Saving the other ones for this weekend with some family. I thought it'd be weird but it was real tasty
