I saw these in my local store, but didn't pick them up. Has anyone had them yet?

I tried the brats made with raison de etre and they were decent. My boys raved about them. Best thing was I could pronounce and recognize all the ingredients with no weird chemical crap.

I'd prefer if it was made with beef or pork. Chicken in a brat isn't a brat, it is a tubular chicken nugget. I'd still eat it, though...

I'd give it a shot although the local butcher makes the best brats I've ever had. The DFH pickles are damn amazing though.

I had a brat at their Bunyan's Lunchbox "food truck" at the brewery. Really good stuff.

Also, their chowder is pretty darn good if you ever get a chance to try some. Make sure to follow the directions - it requires a few extra ingredients to prepare (namely half & half and some Palo Santo Marron)

I just made these for dinner:

Yep - they are delicious! I only got to cook them in a frying pan, so I'm sure they're even better off the grill.

Surprisingly they are at the Food Bazaar grocery store on Broadway in Bed-Stuy / South Williamsburg. They had the other flavors as well.

These sound awesome, hopefully these get spread around the country, and not just the East Coast.

I'm out in California and found some at the local Whole Foods. If you have a similar specialty foods store they might carry it.

I finally had the Chickory Stout and the Raison D'Etre brats yesterday. Delicious!
