I really enjoyed this fresh; it is well blended and does not taste like beer and fruit juice bottled together. I'm glad it is going into their year round portfolio. Is anyone else planning on aging some DFH Sixty One? I wouldn't be if it were not for the Syrah must. I enjoy Midas Touch with 2+ years; and while that one comes in at 9% abv, the 61 is only 6.5%. I put 3 away and will crack them open around 12 months, 18 - 24 months, and 3ish years. We shall see how they hold up.

PS - Southern Tier 2X Steam is pretty tasty and balanced. Sipping one now; just tossing it out there. Cheers!

I really don't think this is a beer to age.
