    that would explain it. my wife didn't like it as much this year due to the hoppier taste, which I'm fine with. thanks for the info.

    It was released last Saturday. Almost certainly still available at the pub. Don't know when it'll hit distro.

    I'm 95% certain it's still for sale at the brewery. And once it hits distro, it'll be fairly easy to find for a month or two.

    +1 on this. Like kscaldef said, you really should have no trouble finding DC around town and/or at the tasting room. The beer will also likely be on tap over at the tasting room, should that be the place you decide to pick some up.

    Just as an "oh by the way...."

    HOTD usually puts on multiple vintages of DC in the tasting room during OBF each year. This past year, they were pouring 4 different vintages, I think going back to 07 or 08. Anyway, I know July is a long ways away, but it might be something to keep in mind if you're around next summer.

    Just grabbed a few bottles against my better judgement.

    Any reports of carb problems with this vintage? It seemed like every bottle that came to Eastern WA last year was totally flat and murky.

    I've had 2 bottles of 2013 - one had very low carbonation the other was dead flat.

    We've opened at least 6 bottles this year and they've all been great. Well carbed and delicious.

    Likewise. Ive had two and both were perfectly carbed (As opposed to the flat, murky ones of 2012. I really enjoyed 2012, personally). Also, a little more hops and bitterness than last year FWIW.
