Ithaca brewing co has been here for years!!! Well, 1998 to be exact. A post on their website says they are several days away from being back in action! No question, they have had a quiet summer. Even in the cuse, flower power has been quite rare.

I hate to be a homer, but I cannot wait to see what they have in store for us. A pumpkin beer to start will be nice. Moreover, just the fact that there will be a brewpub and beer garden no less than 45 mins from syracuse is something to get stoked over. I for one will be ready to be extremely excited to see what the NEW ithaca brewery has to showcase for all of us.

I'll be up in Dryden for a wedding come this fall. The last time I did that I was stuck drinking Dundee Honey Brown all night (well, it was 1995)- I'm looking forward to seeing how much the beer landscape has changed since then. I'll definitely have to hit this place up. Way to go Ithaca Brewing, and best of luck!

As much as I love some of their beer (Flower Power is incredible), some of their other stuff bores me. With the new brewery should come a regular lineup revamp. They need a great stout and some sort of lager to go with the always awesome Flower Power. Overall though, good news from the brewery.

Was planning on serving Flower Power at my wedding on September 30th so I hope the Flower Power supply is replenished by then.

I think the pumpkin beer they're coming out with will be good but I'm really looking forward to their wet hopped ale "Outdoor Ale."

Great news! Hope the new brewery gets dialed in quickly and can keep a steady supply of fresh FP coming. Really looking forward to Outdoor Ale.

Does anyone know if they will be expanding to new markets? If so, which ones?

Saw their country pumpkin (new release) and pale ale (out of stock for quite a while) in CNY today. That was at a Wegmans. Haven't been to or heard of any OD being released. Their pics on facebook have made me thirsting for it though...mmmm, and Flower Power.
