Dont use electrical tape! Use this stuff

    hahaha @ sales rep. why post a homedepot link? nope Im an it guy and have used this stuff for other things, never thought of using it on beer bottles till another BA'er mentioned it a while back during a homebrew session. It has no adhesive on it and sticks to itself by stretching. It damn near looks like the bottle is waxed when you are finished. I think im going to do an experiment with this stuff to see if it really can withhold a gusher under a compromised cap.

    nice. just found a bunch of silicone tape on ebay for way cheaper. 6 rolls of 15ft for 9.99. Hey the rodeo I sent you has some silicone tape on it.

    I will definitely check it out... The Neilsbohrium has electrical tape on it, but that's how I got it from my CCB hookup.
