    I decided it was a good time to take out my Double Bastard Bigger Longer Uncut 2016.
    Quite interesting. I greatly enjoyed this beer fresh: heavy Peat, almost like drinking a single malt.
    At first, the beer the was intensely peaty, with a sharp edge bitterness. I preferred the beer at a colder temp, unlike the fresh bottle which I liked at a warmer temp. After 3 nights, very smooth, the intense bitterness was very balanced, and the peat was more intense in the aroma. An excellent beer to cellar.

    I loved this beer fresh and thought it was even better when I had mine a couple months ago. I only wished I had bought more and that Stone would do it again (and regular Double Bastard, for that matter).
