I will third that. Not a fan of the regular, but double is much, much better.

I have never even had regular arrogant bastard, probably should change that and try both.

And pick up a Lucky Bastard and try all three versions blended. I still gotta pick one of those up.

A friend brought over a bottle of 2012 Double Bastard. I kept it and we cracked my 2011. So delicious after a year to mellow out. It maintains the boozy flavor but not that HEAT.

Heat? What heat? LOVE IT! And Lucky Bastard is even better because it throws in more hoppiness. mmmmm

I will have a beer, please. But in my opinion, there are many beers out there much better than the Stone Bastard lineup.

I am a fan of the Bastards. In fact, time to throw a lucky in the fridge.

Many better? I agree there are better options out there, but not that many, and very few if any at that price point.

Man, sounds like I need to have another Bastard! The last one I had was right after an Abrasive, which I'm sure didn't effect my pallet in the least...
