left = 2012 right = 2013 edit: or older, looks like the one on the left, that label was used for at least a few years.
I have a bottle that looks like the one on the left and is from 2011. IIRC, the bottling year is on the label, no?
The bottle cap should be a give away. Caps with green coloring were new in 2013. 2012 and earlier did not have green accents in the logo found on the cap. Can someone else confirm this? I'm certain the green accents are new, but don't know if any other 2012 bottles have the green caps.
Look at the ABV on the label too. Dark Horse has been said to modify this beer for distro in states with an ABV cap.
yeah, pretty sure the 2013 added the green accents. I thought also that 2013 was the first year with the ABV actually on the label (could be wrong there). Also, the 2013 label has the "stallion medallion" logo at top center while older years do not (which you can see in the OP).
