Ruinten is $10 for a bomber. No way I'm forking over $13 to $16 for a 750 ml bottle of DDT

I agree. I'd really like to try this but will not at these prices. When even the people who have tried & like DDT say they wouldn't pay $13 for it, it is overpriced. Hopefully Indeed gets the message that their overpriced bottles are sitting on shelves across the metro.

I would gladly pay $13 for a bottle to try this because:
    1. Indeed is awesome and I want to support them
    2. Being in Rochester I don't have the opportunity to easily go try it on tap
    3. It's freaking beer. I'm not going to die or go bankrupt if I spend $13 on a bottle or two of beer that I know is going to be drinkable.

I bit the bullet and bought a bottle. Really wanted to try it and I also am a huge supporter of Indeed. Loved it and would be more than happy to drink it ALL THE TIME, but I agree with the majority here that it is too expensive.

It's worth mentioning that some of us who live near Indeed can't get out to the bars as often as we'd like to, either. :slight_frown:

I bought a bottle for my boss who loved it, so hopheads are covered with this one. I have yet to try it...

I thought this beer was really tasty. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? I think so, considering it's a really unique tasting IPA. Probably one of the more interesting beers I've had from indeed.

I'd say it's worth the price of admission at least once.

I bought 1 and thought it was very good...price is high agreed but enjoyed 2 12oz + pours for around $6/each.. IMO it was worth a 1 time buy/try.

FINALLY tried this one and.... I loved it. I've lost the drive to spend >10 on a bottle of beer, but if found on tap I will easily take this one down by the pint! It's no headytopperpseudosueplinytheelderblahblahblah... It's just a solid beer.

For all you Minnesota peoples... does Indeed make it statewide yet? Duluth in particular?

Indeed isn't statewide, but they are available in Duluth. Not sure if DDT will make its way up there, someone that lives there or is up there regularly might know. We get cans and have seen most of the bottles in Rochester since they started distro here.

I saw DDT at Keyport in Superior today. $12.99 I think.

Anyone have any tips on bottles still remaining in the South Metro? Thanks!

Sorry I don't have any spots specifically, but I don't think you will have much trouble finding it at any store that carries a descent craft beer selection.

Seems to be a decent stash at Stinson, near where I work. If you strike out, let me know, and I can pick one up for you and meet you someplace south, near where I live.
For the record, I didn't see any at Apple Valley 3 when I was there the other night.

This was most definitely delicious, but I agree with the rest, it's certainly steep for the style of beer.
