Tons at the Co-Op today in Montpelier. I couldn't justify dropping $18 bucks a 4 pack when Heady was sitting right next to it for $14.

Precisely... there are several similar or better beers floating around at cheaper prices. DD is a really good beer but the wallet speaks loudly sometimes (though I did buy a single to taste).

Picked some up at the brewery last weekend and it's okay but for the price it shouldn't look like a snow globe. I think it's worse than Backseat Berner was! I don't remember previous years having that problem.

I've got floaties in the ones I bought - don't recall seeing them last time/s I've had DD - but haven't tried yet. Glad I split up the four pack to include 2 DD and 2 OC 25th anniversary lager.

1 bottle per person at Amity in New Haven this past week end. Poured it in a glass and it looked like a snow globe.

Two per person limit at Craft Beer Cellar Fort Point. They had a ton of it -- both in the fridge and on the shelf. Believe it was $4.75/bottle -- definitely on the more expensive side from what I've seen in this thread. But I bought two bottles anyway.

I haven't seen anybody mention Kappy's on here, but when I used to live in Malden, I'd always find a cache of this stuff at the Kappy's at 77 Commercial Street in Malden (right next to Idle Hands). They would sell it by the four-pack with no limit at a decent price -- want to say $16 a four-pack. In case anyone else is looking in that area.

Fort Point Market had some at $3.99 per bottle, cheaper than CBC Fort Point but sold out by now. The guy at FP market told me he should be getting some more next week.

Pemberton farms has a bunch, no limit, not sure why anyone wants it though? Just because it's Lawson's?

Bought a few four packs in Brighton, MA - not that good this year, and although it's unfiltered, after a slow pour it was more chunky then unfiltered. I don't know what they're going for.

I'm a little confused as well. Definitely more chunky than I remember. I didn't think it was good as last year, which wasn't as good as the year before.

In case anyone is still looking, I saw at least 5-6 cases at Cigarette City in Seabrook, NH today.
    $12.99 a 4-pack, no apparent limit

Finally cracked mine on Sunday and was really turned off by the amount of sludge at the bottom of the bottle. Poured slowly into a glass to try and avoid getting it, and the glass still looked like a snowglobe. Very chunky, particulate everywhere.

When I tweeted them about it, they mentioned its an "unfiltered ale" and "hop oils/proteins may settle in the bottle resulting in a hazy pour." I've gotten some sediment from other breweries before, but nothing like this...

I've seen people post pictures on Untappd of it from the tap as opposed to the bottle, and it doesn't appear to have as much floating particulate in those pictures. Maybe something happened during bottle conditioning?

They said the same thing to me in a DM over twitter - almost want to send a picture back and say there is a difference between unfiltered and chunks. I've managed to get less and less sediment in my pours but thats with saving an oz or two at the bottom of the bottle.
