And on facebook it says 'official release' so out of curiosity where on the seacoast has it hit?

B+ is generous of you. At $4-5 a 12oz bottle I expect A+ beer, not an above average beer.

Otter creek Boston Instagram page had it dropping on or around 9/26 in the great Boston area.

I loved the beer the first year and liked it last year. I agree that $20 a four pack is too high for a normal DIPA. Shit, DFH 90 min is half that price. But I also agree with the poster who said that it's once a year and overall $20 isn't a crazy amount to spend on four beers.

Yeah people freak out about pricing like that, but if it's a really good beer, I think of it like buying 4 beers at a bar...in Boston you're actually going to usually pay $7+ for good craft beer

I don't mind paying $20 for 4 beers the problem is actually finding stores that will let you walk out with 4. I think last year I ended up with 2 at $7 per.

Yup sorry about that! The message that was kicked to me online about it being here from a friend was a 2014 message. My error, but its coming soon none the less. I'll own up to that f$ck up. I also blame Bill Belichick for it. Since you can now blame him for everything and anything.

    GO PATS!
GO GET SOME DOUBLE DOSE SOON!

Otter Creek BrewingHey Bill, we'd previously commented that 4-packs would be priced at $13.99 which didn't include tax and deposit. All together it's a round $15 per 4-pack. Cheers!

Batch 1 > Batch 2 . . . maybe it's burnout or knowing there's better stuff out there but I find myself not all that excited for this release.

$7 for a 12oz DIPA is ridiculous! DD is a fine beer, but not worth the chase IMO. Just drive to Monson for a can release. I believe all TH pint cans are under $5

Does the $5 a can price include the cost of gas and Mass Pike tolls?

When DD gets released in Portland, I will literally be able to walk from my office to the store and buy it.

Ughh batch 2 wasnt very good. Here's hoping that they added gypsum, Epsom and non-ionized salt to the water.
