This'll be the first year the wife and I can make it, the event always falls on a weekend with three other beer festivals going in.

Who else is going? What should we expect?

Have you ever been to the brewery before? It’s in Granger so there’ll be plenty of access to Ubers and Lyfts, but there’s also a campground right in the same complex and a legit pizza place right in front of that.

I’ve never done Double Thai Day but I’m familiar with the brewery if you have any other questions. From what I’ve heard, expect Dark Lord Day lite.

I've been to the brewery and handful of times every year for the last few years included the last 3 PB Stout lottery events around Christmas time. I see they have quite a few bands and beer from other breweries which is pretty cool.

That's funny because the artwork on the Double Thai Day ticket page looks completely lifted from FFF and 18th Street....

I swore it was the Yum Yum label at first glance.

Had a great time at my first Double Thai IPA day! All the variants were tasty but the session variant was perfect to drink multiple of while standing around in the sun.

And while I wouldn't stand in line several hours for a shot at a four pack, I got to sample 450 North's Rainbow Slushy XL and it was pretty delicious.

Beautiful weather, not too crowded, bathrooms and food (vegan and vegetarian included) easily accessible. Money well spent.
