    I just found this place in the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley...apparently they've been open for quite a while. Solid craft beer selection and great staff. They always have something new and interesting coming in weekly. I spoke to the manager who told me he likes to bring new stuff in weekly because he gets bored easily (who doesn't?). They do beer wand wine tastings every Saturday afternoon, too. They carry the standards and do get in the occasional rare/whale. Check them out if you're in the plaza.

    They seem to have all the usual suspects each time I been in there. Also a small chain with locations in MA and RI. Pretty much all Have the same beer. Never seen much for a whale. Maybe they changed a bit in the last few months.

    Douglas was actually a pretty good chain in the early aughts, I visited their store in No. Providence when living in Smithfield. But they never really advanced their craft selection since, it doesn't seem to be a particular concern of theirs.

    Douglas in Fairhaven, MA is pretty killer too. Good overall selection, sometimes you can find a real gem, manager is knowledgable, and every now and then you can find a sweet buy in their clearance section. Picked up a $6 4-pack of sorachi ace a couple days ago
