Check out Masthead and Noble Beast, both downtown. City Tap generally has a pretty good tap list as well.
A more expensive option - can hit an Indians game Friday night or Saturday afternoon. Lots of Ohio brews on tap in the right field corner. I normally start with a rhinegrist truth IPA. Also fat heads & Great Lakes booths behind the plate. The west 25th street & Lorain ave area is close to downtown. Great Lakes is a good place to check out and have a quick brew. Lots of history in that space. Townhall across the street should have a good variety of Ohio offerings on tap.
