Downtown SF recommendations

    I'm going tomorrow with a covered growler that I've used in the past, will let you know what happens. Their bartenders are pretty bad about growlers in general. I've had them ask me twice if the growler was 64 oz. and it was a 32 oz. growler both times. It's a shame to have a place brew such good beer only to have their employees not know what in the hell they're doing.

    Went by BH with my growler and they had no problem filling it despite it not being purchased from there. They must not like you. Their beers are pretty good right now too. Four IPAs, three hazy.

    For real. I guess ordering two flights, 3 pizzas, and a salad wasn't enough to get on their good side.
