I'm heading down to ATL for that weekend and have a ticket for DCBF. Anybody have old tap lists? I'd love to see what past years have had to offer.

I thought that in year's past they posted a list of breweries , but not an actual list of beers. Having been to this before I can say that it will only be breweries that are allowed to sell in GA, but still a good time.

This is true. I have never seen a beer list before the event. Last time I went, there was not even a list the day of. There was just a map of what breweries were there and where their tables were. If you are expecting some rare treats, prepare to be disappointed. Almost everything there will be the normal lineup of a given brewery that you could go buy off the shelf at Green's when you leave the fest.

While it's mostly true that what's available is off-the-shelf, there have been some special/harder to find things in the past couple of years. Founders did CBS at a set time, with huge line. Bells same for Hopslam. Dogfish had the Randall going, and Cigar City had some white oak jai alai and espresso maduro. But no published list of beers either ahead of time or at the gate--only participating breweries. You have to check the booths to see what specials they might be having and when they'll go on.

Fun time, but not really a rare beer event. The Brick Store Pub will usually have few rarities on tap the night before.

Agreed, there will be some special beers to be had, and it's still a fun event. I would say it's the best port-o-potty event in the ATL of the year. The nice thing is that they limit the tickets sold to 4000. One word of caution for those who have not been.......those little sample pours don't look like much , but they add up, and it's harder to judge how much you've had.Ask me how I know.....oh wait , don't ask.
