First post, not my first beer or home draft setup. In my last two home made units I've run stainless contact, and I have plenty of stainless couplers. I recently got a great deal on a new Bev Air unit with two towers which I'm building in to the bar in my basement reno. The towers shipped with the unit are Taprite D4743DTSS-BA, and it appears that they have plated brass shanks, faucets, and line nuts. I want to upgrade the towers to all stainless contact with Perlick 630SS faucets. Any recommendations for the most economical parts list/sources to do so per beer line? I'm sure I could figure this out, but someone else has probably already done so. Thanks in advance.

The shank part is standard for that tower.

Do a search for a Column Shank with 3/16" elbow. Get stainless. About $15.00 each wholesale, so expect to pay a bit more plus shipping. The nut is brass and it doesn't matter.

Pro tip. The faucet nut can be smooth or engraved with a diamond pattern. The engraved nut is typically more robust, plus it looks better.

You can get welded or screw in elbow. Welded elbows can and do snap but either way they are pretty standard. Don't jam the elbow and it will be fine.

If I were you, I would bite the bullet and buy a tower wrench. You'll need a faucet wrench and may as well get 25' or 50' of 3/16" x 7/16" choker to replace the existing.

    Cheers.
