My wife brought back a 4 pack of bourbon barrel aged dragons milk from ohio. I've only seen bombers here in indy of oak aged dragons milk. Someone has told me these are one and the same beer. True or false?

Same beer they just switched formats. Had it on tap last night for the first time in a while and it was great!

Yep. I see it mainly in 4 packs around me in Chicago, but I've also found bombers here and there. Good stuff, huh?

Same beer. 2013 vintage should all say bourbon barrel aged. Looks like someone at NH has been paying attention to barrel aged hype.

I'm guessing they saw an up tick in sales for Pilgrims Dole when they slapped the word Bourbon on the label...

Isnt it amazing that this barrel aged gem has been on shelves year round for such a long time now. I remember the first time I had this beer, blew my mind.

Dont know why I didnt think about aging this beer until last year. Definitely a different take a traditional BA Stout, but it really is done well.

This was one of the first "big" beers I tasted. Made me re-evaluate everything I thought I knew about beer until that point. Until I discovered some of the other top tier BA stouts, this was my go-to.
