Why waste the calories, or your palate, on bad beer. POUR IT OUT!

My first drainpour I can recall was Lenny's RIPA. Awful, fiery, boozy malt bomb

2008 Port Santa's Little Helper - Completely flat and a dry taste of ash
2011 Brewdog Tokio w jasmine and berry - absolutely disappointing flavor for a $15 12oz

I should call each of the breweries and demand my money back!

Are BAs calorie counters now? If it's tolerable, I'll drink it for the booze.

Lenny's RIPA was great last time I had it. Different strokes.

Damn, I had that same problem with 2008 and a 2010 Santa's. Garbage. I'm afraid to try bottles of it again.

I've been thinking or opening a 2012 soon so I know whether there is a point to aging them or not.

Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw (Blue)

Was a shame, 13 dollars a bottle and it was cloyingly sweet, without exaggeration like liquid sugar. It made no sense to me because it received so many good reviews and some people said it was tart.

It was a fresh bottle but I doubt cellaring would do it good

99% of my drain pours were shitty beers to begin with:slight_smile:

(As I unfortunately found out quickly)
