If this is a dream list for sours, we'd better get some Jester King on it pretty quick:
    1. Atrial Rubicite. It is seasonal and pretty hard to come by, but it is all that.
    2. RU-55. Also an occasional release, but they just released a batch of 4800 bottles this weekend. You could probably manage a trade fairly easily.
    3. Das Wunderkind. Pretty much year-round

Went a little stone fruit crazy trading in California this week... Filmishmish, Sour in the Rye w Peaches, West Ashley, Modern Times Apricot Fruitlands, Almanac Peach de Brettaville (on shelf). If I'd brought some more ammo would've had modern times School of Certain Victory and Vally of Sound (hopefully those will happen next time I visit). Sooo many more great Sour options our here than by us... C'est la vie

I think Firestone Walker Brette Rose and Russian River Consecration are worth seeking out. You will have trade for em' more than likely, but it will be worth the trouble.

Ad idem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a collaboration between 2 of the greatest American breweries known for their sours!
The lost abbey (san diego) and Wicked weed (north Carolina). It is unreal perfect, and bottles become available to pickup in less than a month.
Also veritas and DDG from lost abbey are worth an arm and a leg

This is a truly special beer in my opinion. Stands apart even among sours for its uniqueness.

Fou Foune is one of the best beers I've ever had. It's the pinnacle of sour beer for me.

Little Cybies from Crooked Stave is banging. Expensive in NYC, but after the first sip all buyers remorse faded.

While I'm surprised the Armand'4 Seasons set wasn't listed yet, I've only had the pleasure of drinking Summer and Winter. As far as a dream sour list goes, these four bottles should definitely be added. Summer and Winter were both fantastic and Spring is supposedly tittays.

Whatever the next step is after Rosé de Gambrinus. So much juicy fruit over a tangy lambic funk. What's better? Then ISO of that... :stuck_out_tongue::stuck_out_tongue:
