I guess my question is how are these aging? I just got the set and was wondering if I should keep aging them, drink them sporadically, or set them up all together for a side-by-side. Thanks for the input!

Drink them with the seasons:slight_smile: I had the 'spring' @ Hunahpu Day and it was fantastic!

Depends if you have tried them already or not. If you have tried them already then definitely age them for much longer. If you haven't, you should probably try them. They are fantastic. I tried them at a tasting and we did them side by side, which made it easier to discern differences between them.

They're great and I've had each of them at least three or times except for Herfst. I honestly don't think they've changed much. Give them five years and we'll see.

Every one I've tried has blown my mind. Some of the best beer I've ever had hands down.

I think I liked most of them fresh better, but all are still fantastic. Lente especially I feel dropped off, it was incredibly bright and vibrant at first and is now more subdued. Spring beer, freshness, etc. Kind of makes sense.
