Drie Fonteinen & Cantillon Release schedules?

    How does one find out what bottles are available when at each of these breweries. After looking over the history of the Cantillon Facebook page there are no posts about when a beer becomes available for purchase. Should I call them or what?

    You just have to go or be there. Same as with lots of breweries in the US.

    These are small breweries with few in house resources to deal with PR or even public information beyond the local level.

    Jean Roy (the head brewer) is a fine fellow and I understand he has been known to answer an occasional e-mail.

    these breweries pretty much only release beers when they're ready.
