The epitome of a dry beer is a well attenuated Saison to me. It is not too unusual for a Saison to have a final gravity less than 1.000. That is bone dry to my palate (but amazingly tasty as well).

    Cheers!

Walk on Water has no residual sugars, 100% fermented and a very high ABV - from a keg it pours just like champagne. DRY DRY DRY,
Had to comment a second time on this thread, never seen another thread appropriate to discuss this beer, it is too weird to fit any category, really, but dry it is.

Great Lakes Spacewalker. And I don't think it was intentional. Woof.

They're juicy in flavor and aroma, but dry in mouthfeel.

How has no one mentioned a single Japanese Lager? :astonished:

They actually had marketing wars over which brewery had the driest Lager - check out "The Dry Senso":

Personally I recall Asahi being pretty damn dry... also a good German Helles Lager should have a dry finish as well.

Already mentioned, but I'd also go with Orval.

Of course there are quite a few dry macros. The Japanese "dry Lagers" are indeed particularly dry.

Definitely agree with Duvel being dry. I will also toss in Ommegang Hop House which is readily available.

Goose Island Dominique is by far the driest beer I've ever tried. It stripped all the moisture from my mouth kinda like a mouth full of saltines would.

A lot of jester king stuff, although apparently your stomach doesn't agree with that style.

    Nocturn in particular.

Just because Miller Lite is Triple Hopped doesn't make it a DIPA.

Do they even use hops? Probably just a splash of an artificial hop flavored extract.
