"Drinkability & Buzz"-So I Suppose you are looking for a Brew that Slides Right Down, with a rather High A.B.V.,and you co not like citrus Rind taste eh?...well I was going to say "Sculpin" [Ballast Point Brewery] it pretty much is my Favorite IPA,..However if you do not like Citrus Rind, yer not gonna dig Sculpin, Although it is an IPA @ 7% A.B.V.,They Slide down like a Lager, and I can drink em all day long[down side being the cost-$16.00 a 6er]< However,if you go to just about any Bar around here they charge 3-4 bucks for a Bottle of BUD,so It's Actually Cheaper to stay home and drink Stellar Top Notch IPA's & APA's,then hitting the bar and drinking Corn Soda! -Perhaps "Sierra Nevada Pale Ale" may fit the Bill for what you are looking for,not a real High A.B.V. [5.6] but super easy drinking, and pretty much my go/2 A.P.A. [12.99-14-99 a 12ver! can't beat that!]Cheers!

Any IPA/DIPA from Tree House, and you're pretty close to them.

I'm farily large. Just about any beer is sessionable to me as long as it is not cloyingly sweet or fizzy tasteless soda pop clone.

To this I will add Galaxy Pale Ale.

Andechs Doppelbock was incredibly drinkable when I just had it. 7.1%, so it isn't going to get you drunk in one, but considering the 500ml bottle I bought was $2.50...

Stone seems to excel in this category. A lot of their stuff is quite high in alcohol but hides it very well.

Great Lakes Chillwave is 9.5% and doesn't drink anywhere near that, though it does have a thick mouthfeel, so I'm not sure how that would affect your drinkability.

Boulevard Tank 7 goes down dangerously smooth for its 8.5%.

Any Trillium or Tree House hoppy beer that I've had has also been very drinkable for their ABVs.

Jack's Abby Framinghammer was insanely drinkable, perhaps the most drinkable doublt-digit ABV beer I've ever had.

Lastly, anything relatively high ABV from Jester King will be drinkable. They attenuate to such an extreme that almost all their beers get extremely effervescent and dry, making each sip easier than the last.

Lagunitas Little Sumpin Extra. Could easily drink the whole 6 pack in one session if not careful as the 8.5% isn't noticeable at all.

Sea Hag went right in the trash? Not sure what you're looking for here. Probably not IPAs in general. Drink some maltier styles. Maybe Amber ales and lagers.
