Yeah. This was the beer that helped me to start appreciating some of the lower abv beers I'm curious to see how it is with the farmhouse yeast.

Truly stoked to see a 2nd release of this beer. It is the one that hooked me on JK.

I tried it today at the brewery. It seemed to have more banana and less hop flavor this time around. Only got a 6oz pour though.

This year's Drink'in the Sunbelt has been bottled and is awaiting label approval and printing. It was brewed with farmhouse yeast and dry hopped with Zythos. A small number of kegs have started leaving the brewery with the bottle release to follow.

Do you have to get label approval for every batch? To confirm abv?

Thanks for the question. We don't have to get label approval for every batch. In the case of this year's Drink'in the Sunbelt, we changed the label to reflect the difference in yeast, hops and organic status from last year's batch. The new label with the new information has to be separately approved by both the TTB and TABC.

When will we see bottles of Whiskey Rodeo?

Whiskey Rodeo has been bottle conditioned and is ready to go. We still need label approval and printing however. My best estimate at this point is that it's about four weeks from release.

I wonder if farmhouse is sometimes code for "cant get that organism out of the brewhouse"
