I bought a 750ml witbier, which has sediment at the bottom. Do I have to find a giant glass to pour this into or is there another way-- like shaking it? lol. It seems impractical to have to serve the whole thing at once so you can mix in the sediment so I'm wondering what is usually done. I suppose I could find a pitcher?

You could always share it, which would entail pouring it into several normal sized glasses and then topping them off with some sediment. Or gently rouse the sediment by rolling the 750 a few times.

If you simply swirl it at first (or gently rotate or roll the bottle prior to opening) to suspend the yeast you should be able to reseal it (if you have the proper tool) and drink it later with just a slightly lower carbonation level.

Personally I find that the yeast makes a very big difference so I like to try it with a clear pour first, and a secondary yeasty pour later to compare.

I would open the bottle pour some out into a glass and then swirl the bottle around to agitate the yeast from the bottom and then pour the rest.
    or
You can just shake the bottle and open it to see how that would work.

You might also store it on its side overnight and then give it a gentle roll before opening.
