I am currently finishing a KBS that I grabbed straight from the cellar , although it wasn't anywhere as cold as fridge temps.. I found it was perfect ...
My cellar is always in the low 60's and this is the first beer I have tried like this ..

Do any of you drink your beers straight from your cellar's and what are the normal temps in your cellar ?

usually put everything in fridge before drinking so it starts slightly below celler temp and warms up to it. Like to the the progress of taste change as I drink it.

Only recently started drinking directly from cellar temp (for cellerable styles), and it's been fantastic so far.

I like to have everything from the fridge, but allow it to warm as I drink depending on the style.

Depends on the beer like podunk said. But most of my beers I will move from the cellar to fridge before drinking and let it warm up as I drink.

Voted "from the cellar", which stays between 52* and 62* all year, but it really depends on the beer. Most of the time I'll move it to the mini-fridge for about 15-20 minutes and drink from there.

I have no cellar so I have to drink from the fridge, but I do let the beer "warm" before I start drinking it.

I will typically put a beer from the cellar into the fridge for 20-30 minutes and then drink it. I wasn't really sure where that put me on the poll above since it really isn't Fridge temp at that point, just slightly cooler than the cellar.

The only beer I appreciate at true cellar temp is JW Lees Harvest Ale. I usually like mine a touch cooler to start and end with the last couple of sips around room temp.

I start cool from the fridge and finish warmer as the beer heats up. I don't think I have ever purposefully drank beer at cellar temps to begin with.

Fresh beer comes right from the fridge (pauses posting to remove a Flying Dog Double Dog from icebox) and allowed to warm for 5 min or so. I do drink most cellared beers right at their current temp.

Man I remember when drinking a cold Sierra Nevada Pale Ale used to be difficult. Now I'll drink room temperature Bigfoot. I still drink a lot of chilled beers, but they are usually better a little warm. I have noticed that the flavor profile of IPAs seems to be more hop focused when they are chilled though.
