    She was a rescue. She was cut that way as a bate dog before she was taken to the humane society. We rescued her at 4 months prior to any harm being done to her.

    I love dogs and cats as much as the next person, but this thread has become nothing but "look how cute my puppy is!!!". Anyway my drinking buddy is my wife :-)

    No, my daughter thought she looked like Stellaluna (popular children's story about bats), and she does look a bit "bat-like" in the face, so Stella kind of stuck!

    Rescue from the local shelter back in 2012. Her name on the "info card": Malt.

    Weighs about 41 lbs. Athletic as hell. I believe her to be a English pointer/dalmatian mix.

    It's usually me and her on late nights on the patio where I attempt to drunkenly play fetch with her in the dark. I've broke lights, sprained ankles, woke up neighbors, and I think the dog just laughs. She doesn't judge me

    No animals in my house (unless you count the 3 boys), but my wife is my drinking buddy. The only problem is that she likes good stuff...dark stuff...barrel-aged stuff...expensive stuff...and she keeps finding the stuff that I hide. I love her anyways!!
