    I know its not a big deal, its just the first thing I will have done that will delete a huge chunk of my cellar, and its kinda disappointing is all.

    Also, I know its not a "true" vertical but its the closest I have to anything like that since 07.07.07 is the first beer I ever kept, it being the first time I had ever heard of aging beer. My next longest vertical is 09-11 DFH WWS. Other than that I only have like 2 years of anything. I still wasn't really into cellaring until 2010 some time.

    I know it'll be cool to move on and make some room, its just like saying goodbye to an old friend though. Thats all I was saying.
