so I have a low ABV saison that I brewed last September ......about 2 months ago I pitched some or Orval dregs and the brett has taken hold. I plan on bottling soon. I was thinking about dry hopping it with about an ounce of something 2 questions here .....

would anyone recommend or not recommend doing this and if so hops word you recommend

Depends what route you wanna go but 1 or 2 oz of Nelson would be nice. A pa brewery does a Nelson Saison that's pretty damn bad ass.

Maybe Citra or Galaxy would be cool too. I find the new citrusy "glam" hops get along nice with Saisons and Brett in general.

That's the best part about homebrewing - it's YOUR beer, you can do whatever you want.
Personally, I think that a gentle touch of dry-hopping, with the correct hops, could make a fantastic beer.
I wouldn't overdo it like you were doing an IPA, but maybe an ounce or ounce and a half for 5 gallons would add a nice counterpoint.
Also, be careful about what hops to use, I personally wouldn't think a citrus bomb would go well with a soured saison, but a piney or spicey character might blend nicely.

I've dry hopped with 2 oz of Amarillo to something similar with success. Any of the other suggestions would probably work nice too.

I've liked a combo of 75% by weight classic varietal like Saaz with 25% American citrus varietal like Amarillo.

Hey, Orval is dry hopped, so there is that lol. What hops did you use in this saison? Also, what does the beer currently taste like?
