    hey everyone!

Ok so I’ve had 2 beers fermenting for 6/7 weeks due to a bad accident I was in before Christmas. Anyway just wanted to get some thoughts on whether to bottle or not?

NEIPA was brewed on the 5th December and is dry hopped which has been sitting in there basically the whole time

California common is not dry hopped and was brewed a week later.

Should I give it a go or just throw?!

    Cheers
    Ross

If it still tastes ok, I wouldn't throw it. For NEIPA, you've probably lost quite a bit of the aromas or flavors from the original dry-hop, so if it were I, I would consider dry-hopping again, then bottling after a few days.

Definitely give them a taste and smell before just pouring them down the drain. A six week dry hop is not terribly optimal, but it could, very well, be just fine.

OK so just went to my workshop and saw my neipa is actually cool crashing! Wow the trauma and drugs have really taken me off the game and forget. So it must of cold crashed two weeks roughly after the 5th dec give or take (can’t remember)

Any thoughts now? I use ss brew bucket and gave the top a little push and smelt fruity through the airlock!

Cheers for the help so far
