Dry hopping techniques

    I can smell my ipa across the room six weeks after my bottles carb. Some commercial beers can't say the same.

    The purpose of the marbles is to weigh down (submerge) the bag of hops; you want to optimize the contact of the hops with the beer.

    Thanks for the info. Yeah kinda like an iceberg, most of the hop bag (without marbles) seems submerged but maybe 10-20% kinda still floating above, so I guess that defintely would help max out the hops better.
