I’ve only ever had ONE Irish Stout that was not dry; it was at Third State Brewery in Burlington, NJ. Wondering if there’s any others, canned, bottled or local on the sweeter side that I might like? Thanks!

I think the stout you had at Third State was mislabeled. Irish Stouts are dry. That's the style. There are plenty of sweet stouts out there. Any milk stout is a sweet stout. You could also hunt down tropical stouts that are sweeter but they are harder to find.

Most oatmeal stouts should do the trick, too. Except Rogue Shakespeare- that's a hoppy stout that happens to have oats in it.
