We're taking a short trip from Michigan to COSI and then to the Kalahari waterpark with the kids. We'll be staying in Dublin, OH a couple of nights while we visit COSI. The only catch is that my wife is doing "dry January" and she's not super thrilled about drinking water while I enjoy a couple of beers. :/ Does anyone have any recommendations for places with a solid beer menu that are also kid-friendly and might have something special for my wife to drink? There is the Getaway brewing and North High brewing in Dublin. I Know for sure Getaway has at least 1 NA option. A bottle shop called perfect pour is also in the area if you plan to drink at your hotel.
Kalahari in Sandusky, right? If so, the answer is Clag. Clag all day. Small City Taphouse, which is basically the same place, has Vietnamese food and TONS of diverse drinks options.
I'd second Getaway in Dublin. Their sister brewery Seventh Son makes their own NA beer that's available at all of their locations. Near COSI itself it's also worth mentioning Land Grant and Brewdog. The former usually has a hop water on tap (and a varied taplist in general) and the wintergarden area with ice bumper cars might be fun for the kids to see. I'm not the biggest fan of Brewdog but it's a cool space and I believe they always have at least one of their NA beers on tap.
