Has anyone opened one of these lately? I didn’t realize I had a bottle sitting in my cellar and was wondering how it has developed in the last 2 years. I opened a bottle when it was 2 months fresh and thought it was still young at the time. Just curious about any recent tasting notes...thanks!
Had a b3 side by side with a b2 last month and it was tasting great, and in my opinion even better than b2. While b2 was more acidic and oaky, b3 was more balanced. Both had a textbook American Wild Ale profile. Nothing overly complex going on but tasty nonetheless.
