Duck Duck Gooze & Cable Car

    These are two beers that I am very much interested in landing/trying. Don't want to post an ISO thread without having a general idea what it would take to land one or both of them.

    for cable car, a plane ticket to san diego or san francisco would get one easily.

    Great beers, but in terms of value, I'd say just go order a couple bottles of The Vine from Cascade and have it shipped to your doorstep (hopefully, I dunno how nanny-state CT is with their mailing rules).

    A lot less hassle, a lot less $$, similar quality.

    Well, not necessarily. Ask Spdklz (however that's spelled) about trying to get Cable Car at Toronado SF, it's really nontrivial. No idea what the situation is at SD.

    ^Yep, I did this for Cable Car 2009. For DDG I can't remember exactly but I think it was Chocolate Rain + BA Speedway 2009.

    Also not true. I have been to SF locations many times and have only seen them for sale on select release days for them. So far this year it has been 2 days for 2 hours each time

    guess depends on who you are. My friends were just there last month on a trip from Philly and got a bottle. and it wasn't a special release.
    I got a bottle at San Diego last year
