    Hey all,

I was curious as to what DDG has been going for these days? I know it is quite hard to get but was wondering what kind of deals have been made recently involving it? I don't know much about bottling year or count so any other info would be great too. Thanks.

I unfortunately don't have any of the info you're looking for. What I do know is that I was finally able to try this last week, and it was fan-fucking-tastic. I hope you're able to land one!

It was bottled in 09 and I believe 3,600 bottles. 6 limit.

Edit: not worth it IMO. Had it about a year ago, and greatly preferred standard Cantillon classic.

Had mine in early 2011, and wasn't impressed. It was good but really nothing spectacular.

I traded a 2009 Cable Car for one last December. Both parties were happy, so as the axiom goes, this was a fair trade.

I traded for DDG quite a few times. It'll take CC, TS 15, Hommage, Veritas 07, Veritas 010, 3F Oude Geuze older Vintage, some old Cantillon Classic Geuze...You can add on your end to trade up for Isabelle, Deviation...

LA will release another batch soon ( they showed a video adding cultures to the barrels). I'll say wait for the next batch since it may take less and DDG is better when fresh.

With just a few exception, most of American Wild Ales aren't aged well.

I remember talking with Sage at Lost Abbey about this last September and he noted that it would likely be delayed until mid 2013, other people (amorphous catch all I know) confirmed that a 2012 release seemed unlikely.

The video released by Lost Abbey says it might be released in 2013. I have no idea apart from that.
