Check this thread, posted 3 weeks ago: http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/good-bottle-shop-duluth.271507/ Keyport in Superior seemed to be the most popular choice, I believe.
Tg Pompeii, sue, gnug and tsunami all still available there as well as blushing monk, bent paddle barrel aged double black and lots of other stuff
Toppling Goliath at Keyport? They never had that shit when I was up there. But that was last July for All Pints North soooo.........
I went to Keyport in early March & got 8 bottles of Pseudo Sue. Stopped back in on my way out of town & they had completely restocked the cooler. Hidden TG gem
Belknap Lounge is my favorite dive bar for a bloody mary. The liquor store ain't great shakes, but will do in a pinch.
They meet Murphy at Casanova for their stock. I don't think they get it as frequently as Casanova, but they get it and it looks like it sticks around.
Yeah they said that it sticks around for a while and especially Pompeii when Hudson ran out so quick I was surprised to see I could get some today
Keyport is the way to go! TG is still there from the 3/23 bottling date. The first time they got Sue it sold out extremely quick, second run still there. Perfect place to get your TG beers. They just got TG distribution in February. Plus Nick the owners son is a really cool guy.
I agree. A few years back I was not impressed with a couple things I won't even mention now because the last two most recent trips I was very impressed with everything there and will definitely continue to make it my go-to stop when in the area.
Anybody spy bottles of Pentagram anywhere in Duluth yet? Gonna be up that way on Monday and I'm in the market for some.
Mt. Royal has 20% off all Surly products this weekend. All of the regular cans and lots of Pentagram, Eight, snd Smoke to be had. I bought a few Pentagrams to send to trade partners for ~$18 per. Still expensive but better than the normal price.
