Dumbest things you've done while drinking

    We've all been there ladies and gentleman. Texted the ex, fights, maybe a DUI. Not everybody of course :stuck_out_tongue:.

    Yeah I guess I should do that.

    One night longggggggg ago me and a drunk friend elected we needed more alcohol. To make a long story short, we ended up doing about 80 over a set of rail road tracks. His car barely missed a huge tree which would have likely killed us both considering it was a Honda Civic. Still ended up getting totaled.

    And this is why we no longer drink whiskey.

    I'm glad you're still here. I agree that we've all done some stupid things. There is no judgment here. I had a DWI overseas years back that rendered me in a hospital bed, but I'd rather focus on a funny story. I'll share that one shortly.

    The smartest thing I did while drinking was deciding not to do that dumb thing everybody else wanted to do. :wink:

    This was about 15 years ago. I was 22. My parents went to the PI for vacation and I was at home. So I decided to throw a little house party. Of course this was way before I was into craft because I was into high life, MGD and chivas regal.

    Anyway fast forward through the evening, I got so drunk off said alcohol I started giving lap dances to all of my friends (ladies and the fellas).

    One thing I forgot to add, when I'm wasted, I tend to get hot. I ended up stripping down to my skivvies and gave everyone free lap dances. I didn't realize how drunk I was...I went knocking on my next door neighbor's door and from what my friends told me, I was freaking the neighbor's door.

    I thank my lucky stars that this was way before high quality camera phones were available...

    Decided to go for a swim in the huge rip tide swells of the Sea of Cortez at a resort in Cabo San Lucas. Only in the water for a few minutes just to say we did, but the conditions were super dangerous. My brother and I made it out relatively unscathed, but I look back on this as probably the dumbest thing I've ever done period. Cloudy judgement from all-day drinking for free at an all-inclusive resort. Tourists....

    I like people who can remember vivid points about how their drunkiness and what they did.

    The point is to have friends retell it for you. Videos even.

    This is my story, as retold to me: A long time ago, in a country far, far away (cue music). Japan to be exact. I was out with friends at a night club drinking. I'm guessing Sapporo was flowing larrrrrrrrrrrrge that evening. Needless to say, at some point, I apparently became agitated at the DJ's music selection. I wanted to hear Nas. As retold by my friend Mongo, yes, that's really his last name. "I remember you telling me that if he didn't play something soon, you were going to take over the booth. One minute we're on the dance floor, the next minute, I have no idea where you are. Remembering your comment, I look up, and you're wearing the headphones in the DJ booth and the "real" DJ is yelling at you. That's when I told everyone else, let's get him out of here before we all get arrested." Larrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrge.

    Nice! I hope you ended up playing NAS. And yes, I used to live in Yokosuka for about 5 years. The prisons there are no joke. Not that I've been locked up there....:rolling_eyes:

    my friend was doing his physics homework drunk, and completely nailed it, and another time a different friend wrote some rambling essay on part of a cardboard box he ripped apart. that one wasn't as impressive the next day :stuck_out_tongue:
