Duplicated Trade requests

    Is there any way to delete mutually accepted trade requests/feedback? I have notice on one or two occasions trading partners will send and then accept trade requests. If both parties did not notice this error then it looks like we have two trades going at the same time.

    I currently have duplicated feedback from spence3208
