Heading to Durango, CO in 2 week for my brothers wedding and bachelor party. I've only been there once a few years ago. Any good tips on breweries to hit, bottle shops, or ideas for a bachelor party?
Star Liquors is the best liquor store selection, El Moro is best restaurant beer selection, and great food.
As a local, I would say the tops few have been mentioned... Restaurant/Bar - El Moro/Steamworks/BREW Breweries - Ska/Steamworks/BREW/Carvers/Animas.....Durango Brewing recently reopened, but haven't been there since Bottle Shop - Star or Wagon Wheel, but Star has the bigger/better selection by far Things to do: golf, hike, zipline, mountain bike, fish...typical mountain-y Colorado stuff!
