I know Beverage Warehouse in the Marina carries a bunch of Eagle Rock. It's not listed on their website, but might be worth a call
buzz in DTLA posted that they got it in just recently. sunset beer had it, though I bought the last bottle they had at the time. of course if you're close to either you may as well just grab it direct from the brewery.
I tried this at Intelligentsia when it was first released and I wasn't too keen on it. In fact, I left my glass half-finished. I don't have tasting notes but I remember it having some kind of astringent quality along with being a bit too carbonated for my tastes.
Not getting any of that in the bottle that I just opened. No carb issues at all. Did Intelligentsia have it on tap? Or were they serving bottles?
I had it on tap at the Intelligentsia in Pasadena. This was maybe 2-3 years ago so maybe they've improved the recipe.
We are getting so much beer lately it's getting out of hand lol. I need to buy a store thats big as home depot pretty soon.
Yes, I've seen it all over at this point....should not be hard to find; see above posts and check your other regular places which likely have it by now.
