    I never hear it get any love, and in the past it has been a bit maltier than I need, but all in all I think it's a great DIPA. This year is the best batch I've ever had. Super crisp, classic west coast piney, dank, just a hint of citrus hop profile with enough body to make for a smooth drinking experience. Clocking in at 8.something% so it's not absurd to drink a bomber in a night and great for sharing with a friend or two. And it's organic to top it all off. I know Eel River doesn't seem to be on anyone's radar but if this is a sign of things to come maybe they are coming up in the world.

    You never hear it getting any love is because there's literally thousands of DIPA's on the market either locally or nationally. Also pretty much every brewery itself has 2-4 DIPA's in their arsenal/on their taplist year round.

    geez guys I know I live in a terrible beer backwater but I'm just trying to participate:confused:
    We aren't included in the northwest and we're too far from everything to get any love in the pacific, we are screwed on the forum game. I shoulda just said it to myself in the north of sonoma thread like usual :grin:
    I guess go back to having fun living in the land of lots of great breweries and beers. I'll let you know when I never see any of that Alchemist distro too
