East Grand Forks MN?

    Any BA's living in East Grand Forks MN? Attempting to place a large online order for beer from France44 and they no longer ship to ND. Would be willing to use beer as payment or currency for use of a MN address for shipment. Yes, it does sound shady, not a criminal. Just a Air Force guy in need of some excellent DIPA's not available in my neighborhood substandard Happy Harry's.
