Easter is always ham, and the usual sides. We're going over to my daughters so il probably not have a beer until I get home. A rainy chilly dreary Sunday , quite boring honestly , I would prefer a nice two finger pour of Knob Creek about now and a nice nap.

Allagash Tripel to go with the meal. Belgian styles just seems appropriate for spring, and an Easter meal.

I hadn't put too much thought to it. Thinking maybe a Carton Guilded Lily and a Xocoveza.

Brought a mixed case of Jack's Abby cans home to share with my in-laws for today's dinner.
-Excess IPL (Broke into that one last night, holy shiiiiiiiiiiit!)
    -Hoponious Union
    -Calyptra
    -House Bier

Figured that, with the exception of Excess, they're all pretty sessionable and might appeal to some of the more casual drinkers.

For dessert when I get back home:

Kent Falls Hibiscus. There's been some hype about this one, should be interesting.

I don't drink on Easter. The day is more centered around the kids and egg hunt, etc. Don't feel the need to drink...plus work in the morning.

I have one of the sours from Russian River that has been hanging around by beer fridge for a couple of years. It's about time that I end its ever-loving life to go along with the Easter ham.

Opened my day with Paradox Cafe Verdad - a nice coffee sour. Odd, but not as odd as I was expecting. This was followed by a Lagunitas Citrusinensis, which was really fantastic. Wine with lunch, and now I am drinking a Victory V 12. Quads are a hit or miss style for me, but this one hits. Another huge success from victory.

HF Ephraim, it's a big ass beer with a lot going on. It's one I'll probably never get to again, but you never know.
