My target drinks beer from a glass and he could have had a beard at some point in his life. Unless he has some type of medical condition that does not allow him to grow facial hair.

 

no medical condition, but the night i met my wife i fell off a bike onto my face after 5 too many margaritas and have a small spot on my chin where the hair don't grow.
