Easy Drinking 6% + ?

    I had damnation by RR recently and it tasted like soda to me. And I say this in the best way possible. Great beer at 7.75%

    Smoothest high abv I've had is in descending order Sam Adams Utopias at 29% ABV, Hangar 24 Barrel Roll:3 Pugachev's Cobra at 18.9% ABV , and Firestone Walker Parabola at 14.5% abv.

    Moonglow Weizenbock. Alcohol is pretty much undetectable, not bitter and super smooth IMHO.

    Eh, maybe for 18% it's smooth, but it's a rather boozy beer. As much as I enjoyed it, imo calling it easy drinking is a stretch.

    Same with most BA brews. No, Prabola isn't bitter...but calling it "easy drinking" is a bit absurd.

    smuttynose, German doppelbocks (optimator, salvator, korbinian, celebrator), weizenbock (aventinus, vitus)anything unibrue. certain saisons, could go on for a while with this..
